I don't think I would want the responsibility for enforcing the death penalties. There's always the inevitable question of whether someone you gave the order to execute might truly have been innocent.
If I take death into my life acknowledge it and face it squarely I will free myself from the anxiety of death and the pettiness of life - and only then will I be free to become myself.
