The arts have always been an important ingredient to the health of a nation but we haven't gotten there yet.
And nothing embittered me which is important because I think ethnic people...
Mr. Speaker our Nation must no longer be complacent about underage drinking...
But I don't think we'll go there until we go back to the moon and develop a technology base for living and working and transporting ourselves through space.
