There is a phenomenal amount of pressure on women in this industry: they are considered vintage by the time they hit their mid-30s.
There are older men with younger women but you don't see a lot of older women...
I don't think balance is something you get from someone else it's something...
A woman can't be alone. She needs a man. A man and a woman support and strengthen each other. She just can't do it by herself.
