They think they can make fuel from horse manure - now I don't know if your car will be able to get 30 miles to the gallon but it's sure gonna put a stop to siphoning.
But at the beginning it was clear to me that concrete poetry was peculiarly suited for using in public settings. This was my idea but of course I never really much got the chance to do it.
