To protect people's lives and keep our children safe we must implement public-works spending and do so proudly. If possible I'd like to see the Bank of Japan purchase all of the construction bonds that we need to issue to cover the cost. That would also forcefully circulate money in the market. That would be positive for the economy too.

We all dream. We dream vividly depending on our nature. Our existence is beyond our explanation whether we believe in God or we have religion or we're atheist.

Look I'm very much in favor of tax cuts but not with borrowed money. And the problem that we've gotten into in recent years is spending programs with borrowed money tax cuts with borrowed money and at the end of the day that proves disastrous. You cannot spend money in luxury without doing good to the poor. Nay you do more good to them by spending it in luxury than by giving it for by spending it in luxury you make them exert industry whereas by giving it you keep them idle.

Economy does not lie in sparing money but in spending it wisely.

Maturity: Be able to stick with a job until it is finished. Be able to bear an injustice without having to get even. Be able to carry money without spending it. Do your duty without being supervised.

We need earmark reform and when I'm President I will go line by line to make sure that we are not spending money unwisely.
