We're failing our children with education we're failing our environment.

One of the great failings of our education system is that we tend to focus on those who are succeeding in exams and there are plenty of them. But what we should also be looking at and a lot more urgently is those who fail.

But to me the bottom line is the more education you can give yourself and the more preparation you can do the less chance of failing.

What charitable 1 percenters can't do is assume responsibility - America's national responsibilities: the care of its sick and its poor the education of its young the repair of its failing infrastructure the repayment of its staggering war debts.

I am consumed with the fear of failing. Reaching deep down and finding confidence has made all my dreams come true.

Everyone is your best friend when you are successful. Make sure that the people that you surround yourself with are also the people that you are not afraid of failing with.

When you are offended at any man's fault turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.

We cannot know the whole truth which belongs to God alone but our task nevertheless is to seek to know what is true. And if we offend gravely enough against what we know to be true as by failing badly enough to deal affectionately and responsibly with our land and our neighbors truth will retaliate with ugliness poverty and disease.

What I'm trying to do is get this message out about self-empowerment entrepreneurial spirit and true Americanism - the way we were when we changed the world when Edison was alone failing his 2 000th time on the lightbulb.

No enterprise can exist for itself alone. It ministers to some great need it performs some great service not for itself but for others or failing therein it ceases to be profitable and ceases to exist.

What makes old age hard to bear is not the failing of one's faculties mental and physical but the burden of one's memories.
