During my travels in Iraq Israel Gaza Brazil Indonesia Japan Europe and all over the United States I have seen and heard the voices of people who want change. They want the stabilization of the economy education and healthcare for all renewable energy and an environmental vision with an eye on generations to come.

Fracking is doable if there's full disclosure of all chemicals used. Secondly science dictates the policy rather than politics. Third there's collaboration between environmental groups and the natural gas industry.

And I know that the younger generation is doing things that are so ingenious. And for them it's not a matter of a political belief or an environmental stance. It's really just common sense.

Some types of environmental restoration projects are well-known restored wetlands for instance or coal mine reclamation projects. Recently though larger dam removal projects have started a number of them in Washington state.

In every case the environmental hazards were made known only by independent scientists who were often bitterly opposed by the corporations responsible for the hazards.

I am on the board of corporations who contribute both to environmental problems and their solutions. And I am on the NGO side: the Earth Council and other organizations.

Population when unchecked goes on doubling itself every 25 years or increases in a geometrical ratio.

After all sustainability means running the global environment - Earth Inc. - like a corporation: with depreciation amortization and maintenance accounts. In other words keeping the asset whole rather than undermining your natural capital.

If bringing up the next generation is important why aren't they the best qualified the best paid? Why aren't we as concerned about their career progression as we are about those who work in the education or health services?

May this plain statement of facts prevail on the friends of the rising generation to interpose for their welfare that the education of children may no longer be to parent and master a lottery in which the prizes bear no proportion to the enormous number of blanks.

Immigration is not the top issue for Latinos. Latinos are like every other American - economy jobs healthcare education.

Education brings about opportunity and in turn inspiration.

Unless we make education a priority an entire generation of Americans could miss out on the American dream.

The message of women's liberation is that women can love each other and ourselves against our degrading education.

Illegal immigration is crisis for our country. It is an open door for drugs criminals and potential terrorists to enter our country. It is straining our economy adding costs to our judicial healthcare and education systems.

The Obama administration now has regulations that tells them that they can no longer promote marriage to these young girls. They can no longer promote marriage as a way of avoiding poverty and bad choices that they make in their life. They can no longer even teach abstinence education. They have to be neutral with respect to how people behave.

We have over 500 000 illegal immigrants living in Arizona. And we simply cannot sustain it. It costs us a tremendous amount of money of course in health care in education and then on top of it all in incarceration. And the federal government doesn't reimburse us on any of these things.

Education is our greatest opportunity to give an irrevocable gift to the next generation.

Through first-class education a generation marches down the long uncertain road of the future with confidence.

But to me the bottom line is the more education you can give yourself and the more preparation you can do the less chance of failing.

America's growth historically has been fueled mostly by investment education productivity innovation and immigration. The one thing that doesn't seem to have anything to do with America's growth rate is a brutal work schedule.

The Tories and the Lib Dems talk about social mobility but short of winning the lottery the only way to guarantee young people from all backgrounds the opportunity to do better and to raise aspirations is through education.

Illegal immigration costs taxpayers $45 billion a year in health care education and incarceration expenses.

Ensuring quality higher education is one of the most important things we can do for future generations.
