I beg Osama to stop warring. He is a Muslim and Islam means peace. Nobody wins in a war... I wish I were tapped in the problem about Iraq. I knew Saddam enough that I could have talked him into surrendering. But it's too late.

War is only a cowardly escape from the problems of peace.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it everything fades away: your worries your problems your thoughts. They fade into the smoke and the cigar and you are at peace.

The basic problem with my love relationships with women is that my standards are so high - and they apply equally to both of us. I seek full-blast mutual intensity fully fledged mutual acceptance full-blown mutual flourishing and fully felt peace and joy with each other. This requires a level of physical attraction personal adoration and moral admiration that is hard to find.

You will find peace not by trying to escape your problems but by confronting them courageously. You will find peace not in denial but in victory.

Everything is out there if you know how to find it and have the patience. I don't and haven't but that's my problem.

Part of making any endeavour is that each one has its own special problems. It's the nature of the process.

The problem for me still today is that I write purely with one dramatic structure and that is the rite of passage. I'm not really skilled in any other. Rock and roll itself can be described as music to accompany the rite of passage.

The only problem is I can't get into PG-13 Land. I just get stuck in R rated movies which they would love us to make PG-13 movies but I never get there. But I think that you've got to make them different. You've got to switch them up.

I like movies that are about real people in real time with real problems.

And what I like about it is it makes me happy and I think it makes a lot of people happy to go to the movies and to not think about the problems of the day or the problems of tomorrow or the yesterday and just go on for the ride and have the fun of losing oneself in a fantasy.

Problems are not stop signs they are guidelines.

Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.

When I get the morning report on security I call those battalions in the regions where there are problems.

I start work at 5 in the morning and I have a wicked insomnia problem.

The problem with growing up in a cafe was the cafe never closed my parents worked every day of the year from morning to night. So it was a big menagerie of kids business and cooking!

I mean anything that money can be made off will never be a problem to make no matter what it is.

If we're going to spend a lot of money to deal with the problem of 200 million guns in the country owned by 65 million gun owners we ought to have a system which will work and catch criminals.
