The travel and tourism industry is the lifeblood of many states around the country - including Florida California New York and Nevada to name a few.

If co-operation is thus the lifeblood of science and technology it is similarly vital to society as a whole.

It is a sad commentary that today we face a choice between having schools that are a monument to our past - or schools that will be the lifeblood of our future. But since that is our choice let us resolve to choose wisely.

Jews know this in their bones. Our community could not exist for a day without its volunteers. They are the lifeblood of our organizations whether they involve welfare youth education care of the sick and elderly or even protection against violence and abuse.
