As for leadership I am the kind who leads reluctantly and more by example than anything else. Someone had to be on the incorporation papers as president.
Moby Dick - that book is so amazing. I just realized that it starts with two characters meeting in bed that's how my book begins too but I hadn't noticed the parallel before two characters forced to share a bed reluctantly.
I know from my own experience and from other people in the business that when you come from a place where nobody knew who you were and then there is this sudden shift to where everybody now knows who you are there's an adjustment that you have to make.
