I'm excited about there being more of a sisterhood these days. Back in the '90s there was a lot of hate - the women I looked up to as artists were dissing me! It's not so patriarchal these days - there's more love and a lot less hate!
Women are a sisterhood. They make common cause in behalf of the sex and indeed this is natural enough when we consider the vast power that the law gives us over them.
I think women are amazing and women's friendships are like a sisterhood and we should see more of it in television and film.
I love changing. I hate it when people try to box me in to a relationship or in a work context. Any situation where I feel boxed in freaks me out. And I feel the need to reinvent myself or I'll get bored.
