Especially in the car ride to and from gym. I find myself spacing out a lot just visualizing what the Olympics would be like and just having such great role models.
I enjoy looking at words on paper and visualizing how to make them come to life. As a director the creative process is really amazing.
I hope this will help new moms not feel alone or desperate and that there is no shame in their feelings. PPD is out of their control but the treatment and healing process is not.
