I have nothing against turkey. We eat turkey for Thanksgiving in my house.

I celebrated Thanksgiving in an old-fashioned way. I invited everyone in my neighborhood to my house we had an enormous feast and then I killed them and took their land.

I cooked at the White House for Easter last year with Michelle Obama. But it more had to do with cooking from the organic garden and her message. I took my daughter and granddaughter there and they were really charming it was great.

We are told to let our light shine and if it does we won't need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don't fire cannons to call attention to their shining- they just shine.

I don't want to see people decorating a house or digging a garden. As for guys like Jonathan Ross he got an award there last Christmas. What for? He doesn't sing dance or tell jokes does he?

In fact I was one of the few trusted people that Lucy allowed to play with their kids. I spent time at their summer home rode horses at their ranch and swam at their beach house. I even spent a Christmas with them at Palm Springs one year.

Christmas is taken very seriously in this household. I believe in Father Christmas and there's no way I'd do anything to undermine that belief.

I think we felt the pressure more at first than this time around. But still you don't want to let anyone down. I never even met Patrick until we had a Christmas party at Ian McKellen's house on the first movie and then I didn't see him again until the premiere.

At Christmas our house is like a Donnie and Marie Christmas Special.

I love Halloween trick or treating and decorating the house. And I love Thanksgiving because of the football and the fall weather. And of course I love Christmas - that's my favorite of all!

My favorite traditional Christmas movie that I like to watch is All Quiet on the Western Front. It's just not December without that movie in my house.

I'm so sick of hearing how there's no strong roles for women. I don't care about strong roles. I just want to see women who are characters! A nun a serial killer a housewife as long as there's some depth there.

We are victims of evil customs. It is a crime against humanity that our women are shut up within the four walls of the houses as prisoners. There is no sanction anywhere for the deplorable condition in which our women have to live.

I probably wouldn't be a songwriter if I didn't grow up the way I did. It was difficult and it was at times very scary to grow up in a household so unsettled and at times very violent. But it also I guess it earned me a sort of wisdom at a young age that's served me well.

We all went to Kelsey's wedding and yeah we go to parties. We also go to each other's house. A group of us got together over at Kelsey's and just read through some plays just for the fun of it. That may not be everyone's idea of a good time but we had a good time.

Where does it stop? You get offered money for your wedding then for your kids new houses holidays... We earn enough from football and sponsorships why do you need any more?

My wedding was at home so I didn't really want to wear a veil in my house. Instead I wore a lot of diamond hair clips. They were brooches actually designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

I mean I was born the day war broke out but I don't remember all the bombs though they did actually break up Liverpool you know. I remember when I was a little older there was big gaps in all the streets where houses used to be. We used to play over them.

Officials at the White House are saying that President Bush hasn't changed his schedule much since the war started. The main difference they say is that he's started watching the news and taping Sponge Bob.

It is our duty still to endeavor to avoid war but if it shall actually take place no matter by whom brought on we must defend ourselves. If our house be on fire without inquiring whether it was fired from within or without we must try to extinguish it.
