The system is that there is no system. That doesn't mean we don't have process. Apple is a very disciplined company and we have great processes. But that's not what it's about. Process makes you more efficient.

Earlier today Arnold Schwarzenegger criticized the California school system calling it disastrous. Arnold says California's schools are so bad that its graduates are willing to vote for me.

But other non state institutions must participate in this important system of checks and balances as well. These checking institutions include the academy the media religious institutions and NGOs.

It may be laid down as a primary position and the basis of our system that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a Free Government owes not only a proportion of his property but even of his personal services to the defense of it.
