I run from Horatio Street down just past Battery Park City and back. It's amazing to run and see the Statue of Liberty and the ferries coming in. People think if you're not near Central Park there's nowhere to go but there's a whole ecosystem happening down here.

The upside to anger? Getting it out of your system. You got to express your anger. Then you have room for more positive things. If I hold something in a long time and then I speak it it's amazing how the light shines so much brighter.

I understand and get when kids and teenagers feel like they're alone and it's not going to get better. My advice is that there is a support system out there there are a lot of people who have been through what you're going through and are going through it now.

Still intuitive assumptions about behavior is only the starting point of systematic analysis for alone they do not yield many interesting implications.

From an early age I didn't buy into the value systems of working hard in a nine-to-five job. I thought creativity friendship and loyalty and pushing the boundaries of what was acceptable was much more interesting.

Before anything else we need a new age of Enlightenment. Our present political systems must relinquish their claims on truth justice and freedom and have to replace them with the search for truth justice freedom and reason.
