If we're going to change the laws let's change them in ways which makes it easier to catch criminals and yet at the same time protect the Second Amendment rights of our law-abiding citizens.

The right really dominates radio and it's amazing how much energy the right spends telling us that the press is slanted to the left when it really isn't. They want to shut other people up. They really don't understand the First Amendment.

If the First Amendment means anything it means that a state has no business telling a man sitting alone in his house what books he may read or what films he may watch.

No Congress ever has seen fit to amend the Constitution to address any issue related to marriage. No Constitutional Amendment was needed to ban polygamy or bigamy nor was a Constitutional Amendment needed to set a uniform age of majority to ban child marriages.
