It is in our idleness in our dreams that the submerged truth sometimes comes to the top.

My parent's divorce and hard times at school all those things combined to mold me to make me grow up quicker. And it gave me the drive to pursue my dreams that I wouldn't necessarily have had otherwise.

Sometimes dreams are wiser than waking.

Sometimes the only realists are the dreamers.

If you think of exercise as a 60-minute commitment 3 times a week at the gym you're missing the point completely. If you think that going on a diet has something to do with nutrition you don't see the forest through the trees. It is a lifestyle. I know it sounds cliche but you have to find things you love to do.

I've been more or less vegetarian for about 40 years. Health diet really helps. I do meditation every day and either yoga or sport several times a week.

If you eat a lot of starchy foods introduce a vegetable once a week then twice a week and then three times a week. Slowly fill your diet with new flavors. By the time you're ready to let go of whatever it is you want to let go of you've got a full menu.

Far too many times over the next 12 to 15 years it was brought to my attention that people who followed my exercise guidelines exactly but ignored their diet their weight and their cigarette smoking had heart attacks at age 55.

I would eat healthy at times and pig out at times. But I never had to go on a strict diet plan.

Sometimes I've had to put myself on a diet.

Our society's strong emphasis on dieting and self-image can sometimes lead to eating disorders. We know that more than 5 million Americans suffer from eating disorders most of them young women.

The New Testament evinces its universal design in its very style which alone distinguishes it from all the literary productions of earlier and later times.

Sometimes you start with the drawing and then the gag comes to you in the middle of it. That is when you start working on the solution of the gag which is composition placing equilibrium and character design.

Traditional horizontal search engines cannot always identify the target audience niche or vertical industry of a page or site. Vertical search engines address this issue by the nature of their design. They identify sites according to more specific criteria and sometimes even by human input.

Design schools are good I guess sometimes I visit schools but they are very very limiting.

I learn my lines while on the golf course. I try to do two or three things at once. I have ideas for books all the time I have ideas for paintings all the time and I write them all down. I take my sketchpad and my iPad which I design on and I do sit down and do specific tasks at specific times.

I think a lot of times people design restaurants with flash in mind. I think you should design restaurants with function in mind. Make sure it's functional and works with what you're trying to accomplish. Design can come later.

Music is where I have the most creative freedom but I love producing. To me that's kind of where all the action is. You get a chance to have your hands in every aspect of a film. From picking a director sometimes picking a writer to the actors the wardrobe set design editing music and marketing.

Sometimes I can't figure designers out. It's as if they flunked human anatomy.

I start thinking about life after death. I've got to quit thinking about it because it's very deep. Very deep. Sometimes you start thinking about it and you don't feel like you want to be alive so I don't like to get all quiet.

In these dangerous times where it seems the world is ripping apart at the seams we can all learn how to survive from those who stare death squarely in the face every day and we should reach out to each other and bond as a community rather than hide from the terrors of life at the end of the millennium.

But for me it is when a student has died. I find the death of a young person the most difficult and painful of times. To explain it to other young people to see a bright future snuffed out is just awful. I am haunted by those deaths.

I have sometimes imagined my own death and brought myself to tears.

The drink? Yes I've had tough times in my life especially the last year regarding my ex-wife my kids I nearly broke my neck I was on death row with pneumonia.
