I go to the gym five days a week and I have a personal trainer. I am on a strict diet which is kind of hard to keep up with on the road but I stick to it as well as I can.

I keep my diet simple by sticking to mostly fruits and vegetables all day and then having whatever I want for dinner. I end up making healthy choices like sushi or grilled fish because I feel so good from eating well.

Sticking to a diet required me to have a permanently low self-esteem. But happily I developed other skills beyond a fluctuating weight eventually building up a different source of self-worth.

Unless you're living on the street and surviving on a diet of discarded turkey drumsticks there's no point in being gloomy. We've spent too long trying to cheer ourselves up by spending money on brightly coloured things we don't really need. We've stopped using our imaginations.

There's no quick or magical way to lose weight. You just have to do it the natural way - diet and exercise and stick to it - and be able to do it at your own pace.

My dad used to say 'You have to become part of the machine to beat the machine ' and there's some validity in it. But honestly even when I'm inside the machine you still see me. I stick out a little bit.

My mother told me Homer Ditto was not my father. Nope. Mom had had a fling with some other guy who was my dad. Some dude who didn't stick around too long who Mom was happy to get rid of. She chose Homer and Homer chose me so he lent me his name even though I didn't have his blood.

Freedom. And Justice. If you have those two it covers everything. You must stick to those principles and have the courage of your convictions.

But it's cool and I loved doing 'Young Dracula.' That show's finished and I don't know why it ended so it was brilliant to go into 'Being Human ' which is like the adult version of it.

Cool things happen. Ace's guitar flies through space goes through a hole and blows up. I throw drumsticks and they come flying at you.

I didn't want to come up with some generic Johnny Bravo type name. I'm not that cool so I might as well stick with my birth name.

My parents were vegetarians. I'd show up at school this giant black kid with none of the cool clothes and a tofu sandwich and celery sticks.

I think the great sketch shows like 'Python' and 'Mr. Show ' they didn't stick around for very long. There's something kind of cool about that.

President Obama's version of America is a divided one - pitting us against each other based on our income level gender and social status. His policies have failed! We are not better off than we were 4 years ago and no rhetoric bumper sticker or campaign ad can change that.

I don't have perfect teeth I'm not stick thin. I want to be the person who feels great in her body and can say that she loves it and doesn't want to change anything.
