I've been to therapists my whole life. I find the less attention I pay to food the healthier I am. Any obsession is dangerous. And a whole country that's obsessed with one thing unless it's like jeans it's very dangerous. Everyone's obsessed right now with carbohydrates in this country. It's ridiculous.
If you don't want women to do whatever they need to do then you must provide them with food you must provide them with shelter and their basic human rights.
My gosh I love food. If I wasn't an actor I could be a completely different body shape right now.
I know a man who gave up smoking drinking sex and rich food. He was healthy right up to the day he killed himself.
It was the Law of the Sea they said. Civilization ends at the waterline. Beyond that we all enter the food chain and not always right at the top.
I can't eat whatever I want definitely not. I'm always controlled because I do a lot of fitness and triathlons not just Formula One so I always make sure I eat the right things.
And you know the baby boomers are getting older and those off the rack clothes are just not fitting right any longer and so tailor-made suits are coming back into fashion.
It's challenging but you have to at least try to eat right and exercise.
It's very important to have the right clothing to exercise in. If you throw on an old T-shirt or sweats it's not inspiring for your workout.
If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise not too little and not too much we would have found the safest way to health.
As Michigan's voice on the Senate Finance Committee and Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee I will continue working to make sure the next generation of advanced technologies and alternative fuel vehicles are made right here in America.
The problem of how we finance the welfare state should not obscure a separate issue: if each person thinks he has an inalienable right to welfare no matter what happens to the world that's not equity it's just creating a society where you can't ask anything of people.
'Truth Will Set U Free' is about honesty. My philosophic belief that ultimately being true to yourself is liberating with every individual's inalienable right to be who they are without fear or recrimination.
Here's what the right-wing has in there's no shortage of the natural resources of ignorance apathy hate fear. As long as those things are in the collective conscious and unconscious the Republicans will have some votes.
I like normal stuff people fear - like spiders and heights. I'm frightened by the unknown by things that are hard to figure out and get a grip on.
Part of the reason that the government's fear mongering is succeeding is because so many people are so ignorant that it is easier for government to frighten people in submission.
But with the right kind of coaching and determination you can accomplish anything and the biggest accomplishment that I feel I got from the film was overcoming that fear.
I don't think that anyone seriously fears that the world can be blown to pieces all together. But what one can fear and rightly so are regional things like in the Middle East India Pakistan the Korean Peninsula borders in Africa etc.
You know Stephen says in the movies no one ever goes to the bathroom. They shave they brush their teeth. He goes right at this sort of funny taboo we have about the bathroom and he turned it into this nightmare you know your worst fear of what's in there.
So then learn to conquer your fear. This is the only art we have to master nowadays: to look at things without fear and to fearlessly do right.
I talk to women's groups all over the country and see women struggling with this. The fear of not being accepted of being different of not having a man all make it hard for a woman to do what she really believes is right for her.
We have not sought this conflict we have sought too long to avoid it our forbearance has been construed into weakness our magnanimity into fear until the vindication of our manhood as well as the defence of our rights is required at our hands.
If you have stage fright it never goes away. But then I wonder: is the key to that magical performance because of the fear?
The Feminist Me says that a woman's right to her own body should be inviolate at all times free from fear of peeping paps.
As I said there is nothing wrong with failing. Pick yourself up and try it again. You never are going to know how good you really are until you go out and face failure.
